Dr. Milner is a licensed psychologist with a specialization in forensic (legal) evaluations and neuropsychological assessment/evaluations. Dr. Milner earned her juris doctorate (law degree) and doctorate of philosophy (in clinical psychology) from Golden Gate University School of Law and Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. Both programs, respectively, are fully accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) and American Psychological Association (APA).

After internship in clinical psychology and neuropsychology at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System and a postdoctoral fellowship in geriatric neuropsychology at Brown University/Butler Hospital, Dr. Milner practiced as a family law litigator. In 2009, Dr. Milner worked with active duty military and veterans with traumatic brain injuries as one of the clinical neuropsychologists in the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.

In Seattle, Dr. Milner’s practice consists of neuropsychological assessments and psychological assessments for both clinical patients and forensic clients (both civil and criminal). She currently evaluates veterans for traumatic brain injury and consults/represents mental health professionals with board and or licensing issues.
