Information: |
| Dr.
Milner is a licensed psychologist in Washington State. She
received her law degree from Golden Gate University School
of Law and her doctorate in psychology from Pacific Graduate
School of Psychology. Dr. Milner completed her certification
in Neuropsychological Assessment through her graduate school
and continued her clinical experience and training at the
Palo Alto Veterans Affairs and Stanford University. Her
postdoctoral training in Neuropsychology was completed at
Brown University/Butler Hospital.
Dr.
Milner practiced as a family law litigator in the San
Francisco Bay Area where she represented litigants and
resolved conflicts through cooperative strategies such
as mediation. However, Dr. Milner has litigated a number
of high conflict situations involving residential time-sharing,
decision-making, relocation cases, and domestic violence.
In
addition to her clinical and forensic practice, Dr. Milner
teaches in the Counseling and Clinical Psychology Departments
at Argosy University. She volunteers with Family Law CASA.
